500 contact center employees from February 2023 in Medellin (Colombia) decided to hire a customer acquisition and technology solutions provider BPO iQor, Business Wire reports on January 30.
Employees will be part of the new iQor Global Contact Center in South America to meet the growing demand for services.

Medellin, Colombia was chosen as the location for the iQor contact center due to its high-tech innovation and sustainability, as well as its highly skilled workforce.
The 25,000-square-foot facility in Medellin will provide digital customer service and omnichannel customer support around the world.
